Autoři ve svém článku shrnují své zkušenosti se vzděláváním 350 pracovníků z protidrogové oblasti v Občanském sdružení Skálův institut. Popisují 3 projekty: pětiletý výcvik v integrativní psychoterapii, jednoletý výcvik v technikách primární protidrogové prevence a tříletý sebezkušenostní výcvik ve speciálních výchovných technikách pro pedagogy. Předkládají k diskusi Integrativní model systematického vzdělávání v psychoterapii s používanými výcvikovými metodami, dále 6 stadií osobnostního i profesionálního růstu a jejich možná zrigidnění. Vyjmenovávají kritéria očekávaných výsledků v každém roce sebezkušenostního výcviku. U tříletého výcviku popisují oblasti, které z hlediska protidrogové prevence vhodně doplňují standardní vzdělávání. Za silnou stránku vzdělávacích projektů považují silnou motivovanost frekventantů i lektorského týmu, za slabou nedostatek finančních prostředků na další možný rozvoj a mezinárodní spolupráci.

The authors summarize their experience of training delivered by the Skala Institute civic association to 350 drug treatment practitioners. They describe three projects: a five-year training course in integrative psychotherapy, one-year course in techniques of primary drug prevention and three-year self-experience training in specific educational techniques for pedagogues. They submit for discussion the Integrative Model of Systematic Education in Psychotherapy with the training methods used, as well as six phases of professional growth and the possibility for their becoming rigid. They list criteria for the results expected for each year of the self-experience training. They describe areas of the three-year training course which provide useful additional components of the standard training in terms of drug prevention. The strengths of the training projects identified by the authors include very good participants’ motivation, while the weaknesses include the lack of financial support for the further development of the project and international cooperation.
