Komparace čtyř DNA extrakčních protokolů pro genetickou analýzu kosterního materiálu

Genetic analyses are component of anthropology. Genetic analysis can help in cases where morphometric analysis of bones does not able e.g. to exanimate fragments of skeletal remain or in sex determination of skeletal subadult remains which have undeveloped secondary sex characteristics. DNA extraction is first crucial step in genetic analysis of skeletal material. Unsuitable protocol of isolation method may lead to destruction of whole genetic information that was preserved in sample in process of time. Up to now, nobody published ideal protocol to obtaining utmost DNA molecules from bones. Hence, this study is engaged in comparison of four different DNA extraction methods.
