Tento přehledový článek se zabývá jak tradičními, tak novými terapeutickými modalitami. Z tradičních metod hraje klíčovou roli chemoterapie a chemoimunoterapie. U vybraných pacientů jsou standardními metodami rovněž rádioterapie a transplantace. Z nových metod jsou zmíněny imunoterapeutické látky, imunomodulační přípravky a cílená léčba (jako např. epigenetické látky a inhibitory tyrozinkinázy a BCR dráhy).

In this review article, both traditional and newly emerging treatment modalities are examined. From the traditional methods, chemotherapy or chemoimmunotherapy play key roles, while radiotherapy and transplantation are standard treatment procedures used in selected patients. Of new treatments, new immunotherapeutic agents, immunomodulatory drugs, targeted treatments (such as tyrosinkinase or BCR pathway inhibitors and epigenetic agents) are discussed.
