Alergenová imunoterapie je jedinou kauzální léčbou alergického onemocnění způsobeného alergií 1. typu. Její efekt je závislý nejen na kvalitním léčivém přípravku, správné indikaci a vedení léčby, ale hlavně na dlouhodobé compliance léčených pacientů. Prezentujeme soubor 59 pacientů léčených přípravkem Staloral 300 v letech 2005−2012. Podle compliance, kterou jsme hodnotili množstvím spotřebovaných balení přípravku během terapie, jsme pacienty rozdělili do 3 skupin. Byl sledován vliv terapie na symptomové skóre, na množství spotřebované symptomatické léčby, resp. náklady na symptomatickou léčbu a na stav onemocnění. Nejde o klinickou studii, ale o sdělení z praxe, o retrospektivní zhodnocení standardní terapie. Ve skupině spolupracujících pacientů bylo dosaženo remise onemocnění nebo jeho klinického zlepšení i významné redukce farmakoterapie, resp. nákladů na příslušná farmaka. V ostatních dvou skupinách nebyl tento efekt patrný. Během prvního roku léčby bylo dosaženo výborné compliance u 61,0 % pacientů. Po celou dobu léčby u 47,5 %.

Allergen immunotherapy is the only causal therapy of allergic disorders caused by TYPE-I allergy ( mediated by IGE). Its effect depends not only on a first-rate medicinal preparation, accurate indication and conducting treatment, but also on a long term compliance in treated patients. We are presenting a group of 59 patients treated with Staloral 300 in the years 2005−2012. We divided the patients into three groups according to the number of packs of the medicinal preparation consumed during the therapy. We monitored the influence of the therapy on the symptom score, on the costs of symptomatic treatment, and on the state of disease. The article is not a clinical study, however, it is a text based on professional experience and it is a retrospective evaluation of standard therapy. We accomplished either remission of the disease or at least its clinical improvement in a group of co-operating patiens. In the same group the costs of pharmacotherapy were reduced. In the remaining two groups of patiens the effect was not apparent. We reached excellent compliance in 61 % of patients during the first year and in 47,5 % of patients during the entire period of treatment.
