V naší práci se zabýváme problematikou chirurgické léčby anorektální dysfunkce. Jsou zde prezentovány možnosti chirurgické léčby poruchy funkce pánevního dna s převahou obstipace či inkontinence. Snažíme se zde i vyčlenit místo pro nové terapeutické možnosti(neuromodulace). Dále prezentujeme algoritmy indikací k jednotlivým chirurgickým postupům. Vyčleňujeme i oblast specializované rehabilitace, která je nezbytnou součástí léčby těchto mnohdy velmi těžko ovlivnitelných stavů.

In our work we are presenting the issues of surgical treatment of anorectal dysfunction. There are presented the possibilities of surgical treatment of pelvic floor disorders with a predominance of constipation or incontinence. We are describing new therapeutic methods (neuromodulation). Furthermore, we are presenting the therapeutic algorithm for particular surgical procedures. We are also discussing the specific area of rehabilitation – the essential part of the treatment of these problems which are many times difficult to influence.
