V štúdii sme porovnávali ukazovatele kvality antenatálneho skríningu (pozitívnu prediktívnu hodnotu a pravdepodobnosť potvrdenia diagnózy pri pozitívnom teste – OAPR) troch skríningových testov – AFP, triple testu a integrovaného testu. V sledovanom súbore 1210 jednoplodových tehotností sme zaznamenali 6 chromozómových abnormalít. Najvyššiu pravdepodobnosť potvrdenia diagnózy pri pozitívnom teste dosahoval integrovaný test – 1 : 4. Integrovaný test je vhodnou a citlivou metodikou s najvyššou pozitívnou prediktívnou hodnotou v skríningu Downovho syndrómu.
The main aim of the study is to investigate a positive predictive value and odds of being affected given a positive result of antenatal screening tests/OAPR/ (AFP, triple and integrated test). In the cohort of 1210 singleton pregnancies 6 foetal chromosomal abnormalities were identified. Integrated test had the best OAPR 1:4. Integrated test is a feasible and sensitive procedure with the highest positive predicitive value in Down`s syndrome screening.
