Článek shrnuje nové diagnostické přístupy u poruch příjmu potravy v DSM 5, epidemiologická data z posledních let v ČR, která měla sloužit k plánované reformě v psychiatrii. Zabývá se podmínkami pro realizaci terapeutických doporučení v psychiatrii a problematikou komunitního systému ve vztahu k poruchám příjmu potravy. Zmiňuje narůstající potřebu zohlednit právní aspekty onemocnění, zvláště u závažných forem onemocnění. Uvádí charakteristiky kvalitního terapeutického týmu a úskalí při jejich naplnění a upozorňuje na specifická rizika vyhoření u terapeutů poruch příjmu potravy.

This article summarizes the new diagnostic approaches to Eating Disorders in DSM 5, recent epidemiological data from CR planned to be used for our reforme in psychiatry. The article discuss the conditions for realisation of terapeutic guidelines in Eating Disorders and literature on the community system in relation to Eating Disorders. We demonstrate the increasing need in this field to pay attention to legal aspects of the illness mainly in the treatment of its chronic forms. We are describing the characteristics of the efficient terapeutic team and problems with its support and existence. Also, we want to atract the attention to specific risk of burnout syndrom in therapists dealing with Eating Disorders.
