Cílem našeho výzkumu bylo zjišťování podílu začínajících učitelů tělesné výchovy na péči o zdraví studentů v současné škole. Pomocí dotazníkovéh šetření jsme zjišťovali u učitelů tělesn výchovy na víceletých gymnáziích a středních školách jejich znalosti teambuildingu a takových aktivit, které pomáhají v rozvoji osob-nosti adolescenta. Dále jsme zjišťovali jaké zkušenosti s realizací teambuildingových aktivit mají učitelé tělesné výchovy na vybraných školách v Jihomoravském, Středočeském a Banskobystrickém regionu. Zájem učitelů o osobnost studentů vzrůstá. Mladí učitelé tělesné výchovy věnují více pozornosti volnočasovým aktivitám studentů a snaží se prohlubovat svojeznalosti v oblasti teambuildingu, koučování, ale i supervize.

The goal of our research was the recognition of beginning teachers of physical education for the health care of students in current schools. Using the questionnaire investigation we identified the knowledge of teambuilding and such activities that help in the development of adolescents personality of teachers of physical education in schools. We also explored what experience with the realisation of teambuilding activities do teachers of physical education in selected schools in hemian and the Banská Bystrica Region have. Interest of teachers about the personality of students isincreasing. Young teachers of physical education are becoming more engaged in leisure activities of students and trying to deepen more knowledge in the field of teambuilding, coaching, but also supervision.
