V článku je shrnut vznik pigmentových skvrn, jejich rozdělení a řešení laserem. Při laseroterapii pigmentových změn je důležitá správná diagnóza, kterou je možné si při diagnostických rozpacích ověřit pomocí biopsie s následnou histopatologickou verifikací. K terapii pigmentových lézí jsou nejvíce využívány Q-S (switched) lasery, které pracují na principu selektivní fototermolýzy a vyvolávají fotodisrupci melaninu či pigmentu.

In the article is summarized the rise of the pigmentation, is distribution and solution by laser. When the laser therapy is recommended for pigment spots, first it is important to have the right diagnosis, which we can check by biopsy examination followed by histopathological verification (result of histopathological examination), if neccesary. For the therapy of pigmented lesions we mostly use Q-S (switched) lasers, which work on principle of selective phototermolysis and cause photodysruption of melanin or pigment.
