Akutní urtikárie je časté onemocnění různé etiologie, charakterizované vznikem pomfů – urtik, pruritu, otokem postižené oblasti a jiných celkových příznaků. Článek popisuje případ 34leté ženy se vznikem akutní urtikárie po užívání analgetik při léčbě akutní pulpitidy a kariézního zubu.

Acute urticaria is a frequent disease various etiology characterized by sudden appearance of wheals – urticaria, swelling of the affected area and other general symptoms. The article describes the case of a 34 years old woman with the emergence of acute urticaria after taking analgesics for the treatment of acute pulpitis and tooth caries.
