Práce se věnuje zdrojům chyb vznikajících během odběru a transportu biologického materiálu. Jsou rozebrány jednotlivé etapy odběru, od přípravy pacienta po ukončení odběru. V jednotlivých etapách jsou popsány možné zdroje chyb a jejich vliv na laboratorní výsledky. V další části jsou popsány zdroje chyb během transportu – vliv doby a podmínek.

The paper deals with the sources of errors occurring during the collection and transport of biological material. The individual phases of the collection process are discussed, ranging from patient preparation to collection termination. Possible sources of errors in the individual phases and their effect on laboratory results are presented. Also described are the sources of errors during transport – the effect of time and conditions.
