Estetické řešení anomálie počtu a tvaru zubů ve frontálním úseku u dětských a dospívajících pacientů s sebou nese několik specifik. Mezi ta nejvýznamnější patří pokračující vývoj čelistí, často vysoká linie úsměvu a požadavek na minimálně invazivní ošetření. Tato kazuistika popisuje ošetření dospívajícího pacienta s nezaloženým pravým a čípkovitým levým horním postranním řezákem a diskutuje otázky s touto terapií spojené.
Treating children and adolescent patients for dental anomaly of number and shape in frontal area brings many challenges. Such as incomplete jaw growth, frequently high smile line and demand for minimally invasive procedures. This case report describes treatment of an adolescent patient with a peg shaped left upper lateral incisor and agenesis of the right upper lateral incisor. Questions related to this type of treament are being discussed.
