Pacienti s psoriázou trpí celou řadou komorbidit, vznikajících na přímém i nepřímém podkladě. Tyto komorbidity jsou velice heterogenní, od metabolických, přes kardiovaskulární, až po jiná autoimunitní onemocnění. Některé komorbidity mohou být i lékově indukované. Volba systémové terapie, včetně biologické terapie, proto musí případná souběžná onemocnění zohlednit, zejména vzhledem k možným kontraindikacím nebo naopak možnému společnému terapeutickému využití.
