Počet pacientů se závažným opotřebením tvrdých zubních tkání stále stoupá. V minulosti byla doporučeným léčebným postupem kombinace endodontického ošetření, kořenových nástaveb a celoplášťových korunek. V dnešní době můžeme díky rozvoji adhezivních technologií tento invazivní přístup opustit. V tomto článku prezentujeme celkovou miniinvazivní rekonstrukci u pacienta s generalizovaným opotřebením tvrdých zubních tkání.
There has been an increasing number of patients who are affected by severe tooth wear. Traditionally, the recommended treatment was a combination of endodontic treatment, metal posts and full-crown coverage. Nowadays, we can move from this aggressive approach thanks to the improvement of adhesive techniques. This article presents a case report of full-mouth rehabilitation performed with miniinvasive approach in a patient with a generalized tooth wear.
