Již tři roky je na Ústavu hematologie a krevní transfuze (ÚHKT) v Praze přípravek gemtuzumab ozogamicin (Mylotarg) zařazen do standardního schématu indukční léčby spolu s klasickým režimem 3 + 7 (daunorubicin + cytosinarabinosid). V tomto sdělení shrneme dosavadní praktické zkušenosti, dokreslené kazuistickým příkladem a první stručné výsledky s použitím této terapeutické kombinace v léčbě pacientů s akutní myeloidní leukemií s nízkým či středním rizikem podle kritérií European LeukemiaNet 2017 na našem pracovišti.
For three years now, gemtuzumab ozogamicin (Mylotarg) has been a standard treatment in combination with the classical 3 + 7 (daunorubicin + cytosinarabinosid) induction at the Institute of Haematology and Blood Transfusion, Prague. This article summarises our practical experience to date, including a case report and preliminary results of this treatment in patients with European LeukemiaNet 2017 low to intermediate-risk acute myeloid leukemia treated at our institution.
