Analýza kardiopulmonální resuscitace za použití programu CODE-STAT v rámci záchranné služby

V našem sdělení představujeme použití programu CODE-STAT pro rozbor a hodnocení proběhlých KPR v rámci přednemocniční péče Zdravotnické záchranné služby Libereckého kraje. S pomocí programu jsme schopni analyzovat zásahy a poskytovat zpětnou vazbu o průběhu lékařům i zdravotnickým záchranářům. Data, která během výjezdu zaznamenává monitor Lifepak 15 jsou na dálku přenesená do počítače, kde software umožnuje na časové ose rozebrat jednotlivé aspekty zásahu jako jsou křivka EKG, kapnografie, saturace kyslíkem i další neměřené hodnoty. Získaná data lze také velice dobře použít v rámci výuky KPR.
In our communication, we present the use of the CODE-STAT program for the analysis and evaluation of the performed CPR within the framework of pre-hospital care of the Emergency Medical Service of the Liberec Region. With the help of the program, we can analyze the interventions and provide feedback to doctors and paramedics. The data recorded by the Lifepak 15 monitor during EMS run are remotely transferred to a computer, where the software enables the analysis of individual aspects of the intervention on the timeline, such as the ECG curve, capnography, oxygen saturation and other unmeasured values. The obtained data can also be very well used in CPR teaching.
