Sézaryho syndrom se řadí do skupiny T buněčných kožních lymfomů a patří mezi nejzávažnější kožní onemocnění. V této kazuistice prezentujeme případ pacienta se Sézaryho syndromem léčeného již více než rok monoklonální protilátkou mogamulizumabem.
Sezary syndrome belongs to the group of T-cell cutaneous lymphomas and is one of the most serious skin diseases. In this case report, we present the case of a patient with Sezary syndrome treated for more than a year with the monoclonal antibody mogamulizumab.
