Bylo provedeno imunogenetické vyšetření 35 nemocných s kryptogenní fibrotizující alveolitidou. Bylo vyšetřováno 59 specificit 1. třídy a 13 specificit 11. třídy HLA antigenů a jejich četnost byla srovnána s výskytem ve zdravé moravské populaci. statistickou analýzou byl zjištěn vyšší výskyt antigenů HLA A 11, B 39, B 47 a B 52 s relativním rizikem 2,11—2,51—2,70 a 3,29. Rozdíl v četnosti však nebyl signifikantní. Nebyly zjištěny asociace mezi výskytem HLA antigenů a pohlavím nebo věkem nemocných. Závěr práce svědčí o multifaktoriální etiologii onemocnění.

Authors examined immunogenetic parameters in 35 patients with cryptogenic fibrosing alveolitis. They followed 59 specificities of the 1st class and 13 specificities of the 2nd class HLA antigens. They compared the findings with the appearances in healthy Moravian population. By means of statistical analysis they found a higher prevalence of HLA antigens A 11, B 39, B 47 and B 52 with a relative risk of 2.11—2.51—2.70 and 3.29. The differences in the ammount, however, were not statistically significant. No associations between the occurrence of HLA antigens and sex or age of the patients were found. Results testify to the multifactorial aetiology of the disease.
