V této práci nabízíme fakta, která odůvodňují zvolení Vojtovy metody k terapii hybné poruchy, zvláště u dětských neurologických pacientů. Často se stává, že ani fyzioterapeuté, kteří Vojtovu metodu aplikují, nedokáží zcela jasně formulovat důvody, které je vedou k aplikaci právě Vojtovy metody. Objasníme termíny, jako je základní motorická funkce a nástavbová motorická funkce, lokomoční pohyb, pohyb na kortikální, subkortiální a spinální úrovni. V základních rysech objasníme princip Vojtovy metody.

In this paper we offer facts motivating the Vojta methodics selection for movement disorders therapy particularly in child neurologie patients. It happens many times, that neither physiotherapeuts, using the Vojta method, are not able clearly to define the reasons for application of this method. We want to clarify the terms, like basal motor function and superstructural motor function, locomotion movement, motion on cortical, subcortical and spinal level. In basal outlines we clarify the principle of Vojta methodics.
