Systematické štúdie ukázali, že dôsledkom predstaveného ale v skutočnosti neprevedeného dôrazu na cervikálnu lordózu a kyfózu môže byť vyvolaná zmena polohy chrbtice a sagitálnej úrovne. Táto reakcia je s najväčšou pravdepodobnosťou znakom aktivity hlbokého autochtónneho svalstva. Býva využívaná v prípade zablokovania k mobilizácii krčných stavcov a navyše má slúžiť predchádzaniu recidívy blokácie záhlavných kĺbov.

Remedial automobilisation with special attention to the prevention of blockages at the head joints. Systematic X ray studies have shown that by means of imagined but actually not achieved accentuation of cervical lordosis and hyphotization of the spine changes in position of vertebrae in the sagittal plane are elicited. This response can be taken for the sign of activation of intrinsic intrasegmental muscle elements. These pheimmena are utilised for the purposeof automobilisation in cases with blockages with the ultimate goal of prevention of their recurrences.
