The authors submit a detailed characteristic of three patients with confirmed hypersensitivity to the effective constituents of corticosteroid preparations for external use. Corticosteroid compounds were tested by epicutaneous tests in 96% ethanol as well as in yellow vaseline and the reactions were evaluated affer the usual intervals and also after 96 hours and 7 days.
