Nonunions and pseudoarthrosis of diaphysis of the humeral bone are one of the main problems of modern traumatology and orthopedics. This problem in the literature little lit: lack of information on use of modern diagnostic techniques (CT, X-ray, densitometry) of research nonunions and pseudoarthrosis diaphyseal humeral bone. We analyzed treatment of 51 patients with nonunions and pseudoarthrosis of the humeral bone treated in the department of adult trauma in scientific research institute of traumatology and orthopedics of Uzbekistan for 2009 to 2012. The results showed that the method of treating the condition using a proteolytic enzyme cucumazim combined with transosseous osteosynthesis, can improve patient results of treatment.

The paper discusses improving of treatment in multiple and isolated fractures of the shin bone. The study is based on an analysis of treatment of 24 patients with multiple fractures in isolated tibial diaphysis in age from 19 to 57 years. In all patients we used the constructed rod apparatus for osteosynthesis of tibia. The proposed rod fixation, which can improve treatment results and shorten the time of disability. Application of developed external fixation devices significantly complements the classic Ilizarov method, contributes to the early functional rehabilitation, and also it reduces the number of inflammatory complications in the catches by 2.5 times compared to traditional layouts.

Based on the analysis of clinical, anatomical and functional results of operative treatment of osteochondrosis of the lumbosacral spine to develop optimal, pathogenic, orthopedic surgical treatment of these category patients. The study included 272 patients undergoing surgery for poor primary interventions 78 (28.6 %) (group A) and 194 (71.3 %) patients initially applied for surgical treatment in view of orthopedic factors (group B). The results of treatment were studied during period from 3 to 24 months. The dynamics of neurological status, pain intensity on visual analog scale and Oswestry index was studied. The most influence on the outcome of treatment had the following factors: the instability of the segment, spinal stenosis and a damage of the form of the lumbosacral spine. There were proved the advantages of the current methods of surgical correction taking into account the orthopedic factors compared to traditional methods of treatment. There was obtained 97.4 % of good and satisfactory results during the two-year follow-up. Leading pathomorphological changes in lumbar osteochondrosis is spinal canal stenosis and segmental instability. Therefore, the optimal methods of surgical treatment of osteochondrosis should be recognized those which provide simultaneous resolving of the dual task - to carry out the decompression of neurovascular formations of the spinal canal and to stabilize the affected vertebral segment.

Titanic cage in combination with autobone can be used successfully for the different types of interbody spondilodesis additionally to the other known implants. Owing to the holes located in the corpus of titanic cage there is contact between autobone and osseous tissue of the adjacent vertebrae. The favaourable conditions have been created for formation of bone-metallic spondylodesis. The application of titanium cage has reduced traumatic effect of operation and has not required additional use of autobone tissue from the iliac crest.

The article describes results of treatement using blocking intramedullary osteosynthesis in 76 patients with diaphyseal fractures of the femur and tibia. Our experience application of blocking intramedullary osteosynthesis showed the following advantages causing early joints activity: no opening of fracture's line; decreased bleeding and risk of development of septic complication; blocking of above and below place of fracture excludes rotational angular mixture of bone fragments and shortening them in length. Needless of additional external immobilization in application of the method made possible the early activation of joints and shortening of hospital treatment. The received results testify the high efficiency of this method and further development the concept of early osteosynthesis in treatment of diaphyseal fractures of long bones in patients with a multiple trauma.
