Teoretické pojetí sociální soudržnosti v evropské a české dimenzi, pozitivní funkce jejího limitovaného upevňování v procesu sociální transformace a modernizace. Výsledky explorativního výzkumu mínění veřejnosti a expertů. Relevantní sféry upevňovánísociální soudržnosti: vztah k důchodcům a dětem, třídní struktura a stratifikace ekonomicky aktivních, nezaměstnanost, vzdělanostní rozdíly, rozdíly pohlaví, generační, etnické a regionální vztahy. Objektivní a subjektivní aspekty sociálních diferenciací(štěpení) a sociální soudržnosti. Mechanismy, institucionální a socializační nástroje, politiky a strategie eufunkčního upevňování sociální soudržnosti. Role sociální státu. Bariéry a rozvojové příležitosti dalšího upevňování eufunkční sociálnísoudržnosti. Strategie a) postupné implementace dosažených poznatků a b) dalších výzkumně vývojových aktivit v této oblasti.

There is assessmented the transfer of the state of health in the connection with the total or partial disability. The transfer of the degreeof invalidity is conducted acording the law No.284/1995 col.,about the age insurance scheme(in the curent version)and of the pursuance publication of MPSV ČR No.284/1995 col.,(in the current version). In the concurrence of the analysis of the reasons of transfer from the partial disability to denied at the selected OSSZ/PSSZ will be conducted geting at the Labour Offices and Departments of the Social Security, how the transfer from the full to partal disability to denied influences the social and labour quality of life of disabled persons.
Posouzení změny zdravotního stavu v souvislosti s plnou či částečnou invaliditou a změnou stupně invalidity je v součastnosti prováděno podle kritérií plynoucích ze zákona č.155/1995 Sb. o důchodovém pojištění, v platném znění, a prováděcí vyhlášky MPSVČR č.284/1995 Sb. v platném znění. V návaznosti na analýzu příčin oduznávání plné invalidity a částečné invalidity na vybraných OSSZ/PSSZ bude provedeno šetření v agendě úřadů práce a referátů sociálních věcí v případě dopadů oduznání částečné i plné invalidity na sociální a pracovní oblast zdravotně postižených občanů.
