Does the NTpro-BNP profile (over time) reflect the regression of treated acute rejection episode? 3. May the donor´s NTpro-BNP level have apredictive value in respect to the allograft dysfunction or rejection in early posttransplant period?
Zjistit, zda lze NTpro-BNP použít v klinické praxi jako neinvazivní marker rejekce po transplantaci srdce. Zjistit, zda dynamika hladiny NTpro-BNP odráží úspěšnost terapie biopticky ověřené akutní rejekce. Ověřit vliv výše hladiny NTpro-BNP u dárce na výskyt akutních rejekcí v časném potransplantačním období.
