Předložené sdělení se věnuje otázce vztahu psychiky a těla, kterou se lékaři i filosofové zabývají již po tisíce let. Autorka podává stručný přehled vývoje tohoto vztahu v minulosti, zachycuje současný pohled na psychiku v rámci holistické terapie funkčních poruch pohybového systému a shrnuje možnosti působení na psychiku pacienta při léčbě pohybového systému.

The submitted paper is concerned with the relationship of psychic and somatic aspects, which has been a problem of medical doctors and philosophers for thousands of years. The author presents a brief review of the development of this problem of psychic problems within the framework of holistic therapy of functional disorders of the locomotor system and summarizes possible action affecting the psychic make up of the patient during treatment of the locomotor system.
