Příspěvek je věnován problematice názoru a postoju návětěvníku lékáren, které zaujímají k otázceinformačních potřeb a spokojenosti s informacemi a službami poskytovanými v lékárnách ER. Jsouprezentovány výsledky dotazníkového průzkumu v podobě odpovědí na otázky: proč respondentinavštěvují lékárnu a jaký je důvod současné návštěvy, komu dávají přednost při výdeji léku a proč,jak často navštívili lékárnu v posledním období, odkud získávají informace o lécích, zda je pro nivýhodné získávat informace v lékárně a jakou informaci obdrželi při současné návštěvě, kdo tytoinformace nebo rady poskytuje, kolik informací získali a jak jsou s nimi spokojeni, zda požadovaliv lékárni informace, příp. za tímto účelem lékárnu navštívili, zda a proč si respondenti cíleni vybralikonkrétní lékárnu, zda denně užívají léky a které, jaký je jejich názor na výšku doplatku, jaké volněprodejné léky si kupují, kterým lékum dávají přednost, zda se soustřeďují na určitý přípravek, příp.který; jaký je jejich názor na šířku sortimentu volně prodejných léku, zda užívají homeopatika a cov lékárně postrádají.

The paper is devoted to the problems concerning the opinions and attitudes of customers ofpharmacies, i.e. their opinions on and attitudes to the question of information needs and satisfactionwith information and services provided in pharmacies in the Czech Republic. The article presentsthe results of a questionnaire survey answering the following questions: why the respondents cometo pharmacies and what the reason of the present visit is, whom they prefer as the dispenser of thedrug and why, how often they went to a pharmacy in the recent period, from where they getinformation concerning drugs, whether it is advantageous for them to obtain informat ion ina pharmacy and what information they received during the present visit, who provided theinformation or advice, how many pieces of information they got and how they are satisfied withthem, whether they required information in a pharmacy, or whether they came to a pharmacy forthis purpose, why the respondents have purposefully selected a particular pharmacy, w hether theytake drugs daily and which ones, what their opinion on the amount the supplementary payment is,what OTC drugs they buy, what drugs they prefer, whether they concentrate on a certain prepara-tion, or possibly which one, what is their opinion about the scale of the assortment of OTC drugs,whether they use homeopathic medicines, and what they miss in pharmacies.
