Cíle studie: Zhodnocení anatomických a funkčních výsledků po vaginálních operacích. LF UK a VFN v roce 1995.Metodika: Urogynekologická a sexuologická vyšetření se statistickým porovnáním parametrů.Výsledky: Urodynamické vyšetření před a po operaci a jejich statistické porovnání nepřineslov našem souboru významný rozdíl bez ohledu na úspěšnost výkonu. Současná studie schopnostisexuální reaktivity a aktivity před a po chirurgickém výkonu, který mutiluje oblast Gräfenbergova bodu, však prokázala poruchu sexuálních funkcí po takových výkonech.Závěr: Výsledky a ohledy na budoucí sexuální život je třeba brát v úvahu při indikaci k operacia výběru metody.

Objective: The study presented here is to evaluate anatomic and functional outcome after vaginaloperations. The operations were performed in 1985.Design: Retrospective study.Setting: 1stDept. Obstet. Gynaecol. of the Charles University, 1stMedical Faculty.Methods: Statistical comparison of urodynamic parameters and sexual reaction ability.Results: The comparison of parameters of urodynamics analyzing our results before and after thesurgery revealed no statistical differencies with no relation to the outcome of the operation. Thestudy of the sexual reaction ability and activity before and after the surgery which compromizesG-spot presents the results of impaired sexual functions after the surgery.Conclusion: Results and the respect to the future sexual life should be taken into account in theindication and in the choice of the method of the surgery.
