Autoři hodnotí zkušenosti se souborem 1 098 provedených - ureteroskopických výkonů - pro ureterolitiázu. Výkony byly provedeny v letech 1992 ? 2002 s průměrnou dobou sledování 56 měsíců. Ve sledovaném souboru bylo 582 žen (53 %) a 516 mužů (47 %). Průměrný věk pacientů v souboru byl 45 let (19 ? 78 let). Jako - komplikovaná litiáza - byl výkon hodnocen ve 483 případech (44 %), a u těchto pacientů byl zaveden double J stent, jako nekomplikovaný byl výkon hodnocen v 615 případech (56 %). Autoři hodnotí složení souboru vzhledem ke komplikacích a indikacím k zavedení "double J" stentu -, hodnotí dlouhodobé komplikace.

The authors evaluate the experience with the group of 1098 - ureteroscopic operations - made for ureterolithiasis. The operations were made in the years 1992 - 2002 with the average observation period of 56 months. There were 582 women (53%) and 516 men (47%) in the observed group. The average age of the patients in the group was 45 years (19 - 78 years). As -a complicated lithiasis - the operation was evaluated in 483 cases (44%) and the ?double J" stent was placed in these patients, the operation was evaluated as a non-complicated in 615 cases (56%). The authors evaluate the composition of the group with regard to the complications and - the indications to the application of ?double J" stent-, they evaluate the long-term complications.
