V rámci projektu Evaluace protidrogových opatření a programů realizovaných ve Středočeském kraji byla provedena analýza systému koordinace protidrogové politiky. Autoři začínají popisem a krátkou analýzou stavu regionální koordinace protidrogové politiky v České republice před zánikem okresů a vznikem vyšších územněsprávních celků - krajů. Zvláštní pozornost je v textu věnována obecnému popisu náplně práce krajského protidrogového koordinátora. Autoři se pokusili o zpřesnění některých bodů náplně práce a jejich vzájemných vztahů a navrhli dva možné modely zařazení krajského protidrogového koordinátora do organizační struktury krajského úřadu. Poslední část textu se pak věnuje vysvětlení a popisu systému koordinace krajské protidrogové politiky na vertikální a horizontální úrovni a tím současně upřesňuje obecnou pracovní náplň krajského koordinátora.

The drug policy coordination system analysis was carried out as part of the project of evaluation of drug measures and programmes implemented in the Region of Central Bohemia. The authors begin by describing and briefly analysing the status of regional drug policy coordination in the Czech Republic prior to the dismantling of districts and the creation of higher-level administrative territorial units regions. In particular, the text focuses on a general description of the work assigned to the regional drug coordinator. The authors seek to specify certain aspects of the scope of the work and their interrelations, designing iwo puamuie models of incorporating the position of regional drug coordinator into the Regional Authority's organizational chart. The last section of the text explains and describes the regional drug policy coordination system at the vertical and horizontal levels, specifying the general scope of work assigned to the regional coordinator.
