Ošetření zlomenin horního konce stehenní kosti hřebem Targon PF - naše první zkušenosti

V práci předkládáme první zkušenosti s užitím proximálního femorálního hřebu Targon PF v léčbě zlomenin horního konce stehenní kosti. Jedná se o nový titanový úhlově stabilní implantát firmy Aesculap. Na Klinice úrazové chirurgie FN Brno máme tento hřeb k dispozici od počátku roku 2005. Během tohoto roku jsme tímto způsobem ošetřili 39 zlomenin proximálního femuru. Hřeb Targon PF umožňuje provedení stabilní osteosyntézy s možností časné pooperační zátěže minimálně 50% tělesné hmotnosti pacienta.

In the submitted paper we describe our first experiences with the new implant for the treatment of proximal femur fractures - Targon PF. This is a titanium angle stable implant produced by B/Braun -Aesculap. In 2005 we treated 39 fractures of the proximal femur with Targon PF at the Department of Trauma Surgery. With this new implant we were achieved very stable osteosynthesis of the proximal femur. The patients can be rehabilitated early with 50 % weight bearing on the affected limb after this type of surgery.
