Autoři popisují strukturu a funkce webové aplikace, umožňující porovnávat výkonnost, efektivitu pracovníků a vybavení radiologických oddělení a klinik v rámci nemocnic, regionů, krajů či států. Služba je nabízena prostřednictvím Internetu. Na vzniku tohoto programu se podílejí dvě softwarové firmy z Itálie a ze Španělska. Na struktuře se podíleli kromě autorů tohoto článku též další čeští radiologové - členové výboru České radiologické společnosti v letech 2003-2006 a radiologové z výborů radioogických společností a ze tří nemocnic z Francie, Itálie a Španělska. Autoři dále rozebírají strukturu České radiologické klasifikace (ČRK), která byla doporučena Ministerstvu zdravotnictví jako náhrada statistického formuláře MZl-0-1, používáného ÚZIS. Shrnují postupy při implementaci této ČRK do radiologických informač¬ nich systémů (RIS) a uvádějí přehled již provedených implementací v České republice.

The authors describe the structure and function of the website application, making it possible to compare the productivity, efficiency of the workers and equipment of radiological wards and clinics within the framework of hospitals, regions, areas or states. The service is provided via internet. The software companies from Italy and Spain participated in development of the programme. In addition to authors of this contribution, the structure was also influenced by other Czech radiologists - members of the Committee of the Czech Radiological Society during 2003-2006 and radiologists of the Committees of Radiological Societies and three hospitals in France, Italy and Spain. The authors also analyze the structure of the Czech Radiological Classification (CRK), which was recommended to the Czech Ministry of Health as a substitute of the statistical form MZl-0-1, used on ÚZIS (Institute of Health Information and Statistics of the Czech Republic). They summarize the procedures in the implementation of this CRK into radiological information systems (RIS) and present a survey of already performed implementations in the Czech Republic.
