Autorky sdělení seznamují čtenáře s testy, které byly vybrány pro hodnocení pracovního potenciálu jedince. Baterie čtyř testů byla použita k hodnocení 60 rehabilitantů. Autorky uvádějí nejen přínos těchto testů, ale také nedostatky a návrh na odbourání nalezených nedostatků.
The authors give information about the test selected for evaluation of the working potential of the individual. A battery of four tests has been used for the evaluation in 60 rehabilitants. The authors present the contribution of these tests as were as the shortcomings and suggest possibilities how to avoid them.
