Cíl: Článek se zabývá novými nizozemskými doporučeními pro farmakoekonomický výzkum. Metody: Pro účely tohoto přehledu byla provedena rešerše dat z databáze College Voor Zorgverzekeringen. Výsledky: Z původních 19 doporučení pro farmakoekonomický výzkum bylo po aktualizaci vytvořeno 11 doporučení, která vycházejí z iniciativy nizozemského ministerstva zdravotnictví. Přehled doporučení: #1 (The perspective of the evaluation), #2 (Choice of comparing treatment/indication), #3 (Analysis technique), #4 (Analysis period), #5 (Cost identification, -measuring and -appreciation), #6 (Appreciation of quality of life and QALY´s), #7 (Modeling), #8 (Incremental analysis), #9 (Discounting of future impact and costs), #10 (Uncertainty analysis), #11 (Use of an expert panel). Závěr: V blízké budoucnosti se na stránce College Voor Zorgverzekeringen objeví aktualizované verze doporučení v anglickém jazyce.

Objective: This study investigates the new Dutch national guidelines designed for pharmacoeconomic research. Methods: In this review search was performed by using the CVZ - College Voor Zorgverzekeringen (Health Care Insurance Board) data base. Results: Guidelines for pharmacoeconomic research in actualized version, originally 19 pharmacoeconomic guidelines are replaced by only 11 by the action of the Ministry of Public Health, Well-being and Sport of the Netherlands. Guidelines are: #1 (The perspective of the evaluation), #2 (Choice of comparing treatment/indication), #3 (Analysis technique), #4 (Analysis period), #5 (Cost identification, -measuring and -appreciation), #6 (Appreciation of quality of life and QALY's), #7 (Modeling), #8 (Incremental analysis), #9 (Discounting of future impact and costs), # 1O (Uncertainty analysis), # 11 (Use of an expert panel). Conclusion: In the near future the new pharmacoeconomic guidelines will be available in English on the CVZ website.
