Diagnostikovanie typov vztahovej väzby (attachment) v dospelosti s použitím nástrojov dostupných v našich podmienkach

Teória vzťahovej väzby (attachment) Johna Bowlbyho je inšpiratívna pre chápanie správania človeka vo vzťahoch počas celej jeho vývinovej cesty. Súčasné koncepty vzťahovej väzby dospelých chápu jednotlivé kategórie skôr dimenzionálně, pričom sa môžeme v najrozšírenejších modeloch stretnúť s dimenziami vzťahovania sa k sebe a vzťahovania sa k iným (Bartolomew), alebo s dimenziami úzkosti a vyhýbania (Brennan et al.). Pre identifikovanie typov vzťahovej väzby u dospelých bola vyvinutá metóda AAI (Adult Attachment Interview), ktorá slúži ako zlatý štandard pri výskumoch. Snahy o vytvorenie časovo nenáročných sebavýpoveďových dotazníkových metód, ktoré by boli viac využiteľné ako pre výskum, tak aj v rutinnej praxi, viedli k viacerým nástrojom. Podrobnejšie uvádzame revidovaný dotazník Ako prežívam blízke vzťahy (ECR-R, Experiences in Close Relationships - Revised) a odkazujeme na ďalšie, dostupné v slovenčine

Attachment theory by John Bowlby is inspirational for the understanding of the individual's behavior within relationships during the whole lifespan. Current concepts grasp the categories of adult attachment more dimensionally. Dimensions of a model of self and model of others (Bartholomew) and dimensions of anxiety and avoidance (Brennan et al.) are extensionally described in the literature. The Adult Attachment Interview (AAI) was developed for the identification of the types of adult attachment and it has become the gold standard for the research of attachment. The efforts for the construction of the timely economical self-reported measures applicable for the routine practice as well as research led to the variety questionnaires of adult attachment. We describe in details revised questionnaire Experiences in Close Relationships (ECR-R) and we refer to the others questionnaires available in Slovak language.
