V tomto článku jsou analyzovány historické okolnosti vzniku institutu „dříve projevených přání“ pacientů. Klademe otázku po významu textu a významu jeho kontextů pro jeho interpretaci. Nacházíme výrazné napětí mezi statičností textu a dynamičností všech kontextů, kterými pacientův text prochází. To přináší výrazná rizika, která lze snížit kontextuální interpretací textu.

In this article, the historical circumstances of the formation of advance directives are analysed. We discuss the meaning of the text and the importance of its context for its interpretation. There is a great strain between the static text of an advance directive and the dynamics of the context, through which the patient's text goes through. There are potential risks but these can be reduced by contextual interpretation.
