Dominant problem of the patients with hopeless prognosis is considering limits of their own existence. Life and behaviour of this group of patients is significantly influenced by this fact. On one hand they consider uneqiuvocalness of their situation, but on the other hand they defend desperately themselves. Nurses are one item of the comlex health caring of dying patients. In their psychological attitude they realise variability of the therapeutic alliance. Productive communication is its unnecessary part.
