Cílem této práce bylo zjistit charakteristiku mezer ortodonticky připravovaných k zavedení implantátu na místo postranního horního řezáku z hlediska jejich vyumelnosti pro zavedení implantátu a vztahu implantíitátu k sousedním zubům. Pozornost byla zaměřena na bezpečnou/nebezpečnou zónu implantace z meziodistálního aspektu. Dílčím úkolem bylo zjistit míru zvětšení diagnostického ortopantomogramu, a zda toto zvětšení mohlo ovlivnit úsudek implantologa při plánování implantace. Výzkumným materiálem byly panoramatické rentgenové snímky 55 pacientů s agenezí alespoň jednoho horního postranního řezáku, u kterých byly na místa chybějících postranních řezáků zavedeny zubní implantáty a před implantacíjim byla mezera ortodonticky připravena. Ortopantomogramy jsme hodnotili ve dvou časových periodách: v čase T1 před implantací a v čase T2 alespoň 6 měsíců po implantací. Byla měřena vzdálenost středního řezáku od špičáku a pak vzdálenost těchto zubů od Implantátu a bylo sledováno případné namšení nebezpečné zóny implantace.

The aim of the study is to give characteristics of spaces that are orthodontically prepared for implant at the site of missing upper lateral Incisor from the viewpoint of their suitability for the implant. The relationship of an implant to adjacent teeth was studied as well. We focus on comfort/danger zones from the meslodistal aspect. We also want to identify the extent of magnification of the diagnostic panoramic radiographs (OPG), and to establish whether the magnification can Influence a surgeon's judgment in the planning of the implant placement. We worked with OPGs of 55 patients with agenesis of at least one upper lateral incisor, in which the spaces were used for insertion of Implants. The space was orthodontically prepared before the implantation. OPGs were evaluated in two time periods: T1 - before the implantation, T2 at least 6 months after the implantation. We measured the distance between central incisor and canine, and then the distance of these teeth and the imolant We monitored eventual disruption of danger zone of the implant placement.
