Předčasná ejakulace je druhou nejčastější sexuální dysfunkcí. Trápí nejen samotné pacienty, ale i jejich partnerky. Ještě nedávno byly výsledky terapie této poruchy velmi špatné. S nástupem nových psychofarmak, zejména moderních antidepresiv, se naše možnosti ovlivnění této poruchy výrazně zlepšily. V naší práci jsme se pokusili podat souhrnný přehled terapeutických možností. Lékař má na výběr biologickou léčbu či psychoterapii. Jako nejúčinnější se jeví kombinace obou, s důrazem na farmakoterapii.

The premature or rapid ejaculation is a second most common sexual dysfunction. It creates difficulties for our patients as well as for their partners. The treatment was not very successful until the recent time. With new psychofarmacological drugs, especially with new antidepressants, are our possibilities much better. The authors provide an overview of the possible therapeutical approaches. The therapeut can apply biological treatment or psychotherapy. The combination of both, with an accent on pharmacotherapy, may be the most successful.
