The combined application of extracorporeal detoxification methods in children with renal failure

The investigation of the effectiveness detoxification methods has been performed in 63 patients with acute renal failure (ARF). During the analyses of the received results it has been determined that depending on the severity of the patient's condition we have possible options of the combined connecting to hemodialysis methods of hemosorption and plasmapheresis. This method could allow us to reduce intoxication level, improve metabolic processes, changes in electrolyte metabolism level. The achieved positive results contribute to improvement of patient's general condition, more efficient life expectancy in the most severe category of patients.
