V tomto příspěvku uvádím kazuistiku pacienta s ischemickou chorobou dolních končetin (ICHDK) v klaudikačním stadiu s intolerancí na᠀idrofurylu a jen s pře-chodnou úlevou po revaskularizačním výkonu, po němž došlo ke zhoršení renálních funkcí v terénu diabetické nefropatie. Pacient byl z tohoto důvodu kontraindikován k další endovaskulární intervenci a byl mu nasazen sulodexid, který pacient dobře toleroval a po němž nakonec došlo k významnému ústupu klaudikačních obtíží.

In this paper a case report of a patient with the ischemic disease of lower extremities in the stage of claudication and the intolerance of naftidrofuryle and only a temporary relieve after the revascularization procedure, which resulted in a worsening of renal functions, and with the underlying diabetic polyneuropathy, is presented. Additional endovascular intervention was therefore contraindicated in this patient and the treatment with sulodexide was initiated, which was very well tolerated and resulted in a significant reduction of the claudication symptoms.
