Typickým klinickým projevem atopické dermatitidy psů (CAD) je primární pruritus. Jeho diferenciální diagnostika zahrnuje zejména sarkoptový svrab, cheyletielózu, bleší alergickou dermatitidu, kožní projevy hypersenzitivity na krmivo, Malassezia canis a další alergeny. Práce shrnuje a vyhodnocuje diagnostickou hodnotu (CADESI, kožní alergický test, alergen-specifický IgE atd.) jednotlivých diagnostických postupů.
Primary pruritus is a typical clinical symptom of canine atopic dermatitis (CAD). Differential diagnosis of pruritus consist above all sarcoptic mange, cheyletiellosis, flea allergy dermatitis (FAD), cutaneous adverse food reactions (CARFs), hypersensitivity to Malassesia canis and other allergens.
