Cílem práce je zhodnotit výskyt bronchiálního astmatu, alergické rýmy a projevů ekzémových ložisek v posledním roce vzhledem k závažnosti atopické dermatitidy podle indexu SCORAD. Vyšetřeno bylo 283 pacientů s atopickou dermatitidou, 89 mužů a 194 žen, provedeno bylo komplexní dermatologické a alergologické vyšetření. Byla prokázána významná závislost mezi výskytem sledovaných parametrů a závažností atopické dermatitidy. Bronchiální astma, alergická rýma a souvislé ekzémové projevy se významně častěji vyskytují u středně těžké a těžké formy atopické dermatitidy.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the relation of the severity of atopic dermatitis evaluated by SCORAD index to the occurrence of other atopic diseases and parameters. The complete dermatological and allergological examinations were perfomed. The statistical evaluation of the dependence of the occurrence of bronchial asthma, rhinitis and manifestations of the skin lesions in the last year on the severity of atopic dermatitis was performed. Two hundred and eighty-three patients were examined – 89 men and 194 women, average age 26.2 (s.d. 9.5). The significant relation of the severity of atopic dermatitis and the occurrence of bronchial asthma, rhinitis, and duration of skin lesions was recorded.
