Kazuistika 51letého muže s recentním diabetes mellitus, který byl odeslán do cévní chirurgické ambulance pro časný projev periferního postižení tepen dolních končetin ve stadiu defektů na prstech pravé dolní končetiny. Po provedení diagnostiky rozsahu postižení tepen dolních končetin byl nález řešen medikamentózně s následným endovaskulárním řešením, jež vedlo ke zhojení defektů do dvou měsíců od zahájení léčby.

The case report of a 51 years old man with a recently diagnosed diabetes mellitus, who was referred to the vascular surgery out-patient department for defects on toes of the right leg, is presented. After the diagnosis of the extent of arterial impairment in his lower limbs the patient was pharmacologically treated and subsequently the endovascular procedure was performed that resulted in a resolution of defects within two months from the initiation of the treatment.
