Zlomenina obou kostí předloktí charakteru bowing fraktury

Šestiletá dívka po zakopnutí při běhu a pádu na nataženou levou ruku pociťovala silnou bolest s výrazným omezením hybnosti končetiny. Na obou kostech předloktí byla patrna zřetelná obloukovitá deformita, viditelna v pronaci i supinaci. Radiolog na rentgenových snímcích popsal obloukovitou deformaci obou kostí předloktí bez nálezu lomné linie. Byla stanovena diagnóza zlomeniny typu bowing fraktury a po repozici angulace v celkové narkóze byla levá horní končetina fixována vysokou sádrovou dlahou.

A six-year-old girl, after tripping over running and falling on her outstretched left hand, experienced severe pain with a significant limitation of limb momentum. Both bones of the forearm showed a distinct arcuate deformity, visible in pronation and supination. The radiologist described the X-ray arched deformation of both forearm bones without finding a fracture line. A diagnosis of bowing fracture was made and after the reduction of angulation under general anesthesia the left hand was fixed with a high plaster bandage.
