Kazuistika popisuje koincidenci nepoznané závažné formy ischemické choroby srdeční (ICHS) a myxomu levé srdeční síně u pacienta s chronickou obstrukční plicní nemocí (CHOPN). Kazuistika poukazuje na rychlou a efektivní spolupráci pneumologa a radiodiagnostika v „covidovém čase“. Myxom byl odhalen při CT/HRCT hrudníku. Myxom a ICHS byly indikovány ke kardiochirurgickému výkonu, což zachránilo pacientovi život.
Coincidence of an unknown very severe ischaemic heart disease and myxoma of left cardiacatrium in a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is described in this case report. The report high lights the quick and effective cooperation between the pulmonologist and radiodiagnostics in the “covid times”. Myxoma was revealed during a CT/HRCTscan of the chest. Myxoma and ischaemic heart disease were indicated for a surgical cardiacsolution, which saved the patient’s life.
