Inhibitory kontrolního bodu imunitních reakcí (immune checkpoint inhibitors - ICI) mají své uplatnění v léčbě řady nádorových onemocnění. Jejich dobré protinádorové působení je však spjato s častým rozvojem nežádoucích účinků. Postižen může být prakticky jakýkoliv orgán. V článku jsou shrnuty časté, ale i ty méně časté revmatické nežádoucí účinky nádorové imunoterapie a jejich léčba.
Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) are effective in therapies for many neoplasias. However, their great antitumor response is frequently associated with adverse events development. Any organ can be affected. The review summarizes the common and also the less frequent rheumatic immune-related adverse effects due to cancer immunotherapy and their management.
