Rytmická gymnastika (RG) je formou hudebně-pohybové výchovy spojené s taneční výchovou a manipulací s náčiním. Kultivuje studenty po stránce pohybové, estetické, kulturní a sociální. Výsledky výzkumů ukazují, že je RG málo zařazována do výuky na školách. Důvodem je zejména používání způsobu tradiční formy výuky RG a nedostatečná připravenost učitelů na výuku cvičení úzce spojenéhos hudbou.Proto jsme v přípravě budoucích učitelů na UK FTVS ověřovali v předmětu RG a Didaktika gymnastiky inovovaný způsob výuky, který akcentuje vybrané složky výuky RG. Zaměřili jsme se zejména na psychickou stránku výuky - na motivaci ke cvičení s hudbou a na rozvoj percepčních dovedností - rytmické cítění a smysl pro rytmus. Jestliže budoucí učitelé sami prožijí a pochopí význam a široké možnosti působení výuky RG na celkový rozvoj osobnosti, předpokládáme, že ve své budoucí praxi využijí komponenty RG pro ovlivňování pohybové tvořivosti, rozvoj specifických dovedností, manipulaci i s netradičním náčiním a pomůckami. Z pohybových schopností jsme se zaměřili na ovlivňování flexibility,rovnováhy, na osvojování pohybu v prostoru, na celkovou podporu individuálního pohybového projevu a na socializační aspekty při společném cvičení s hudbou.Předpokládáme, že inovovaný přístup ve výuce RG bude pozitivně ovlivňovat připravenost budoucích učitelů a rozšíří jejich dovednosti, které povedou k modernizaci výuky častějším využíváním spojení pohybu s hudbou, k podněcování pohybové improvizace svých žáků a ke zvyšování rozsahu jejich pohybové aktivity.

Rhythmic gymnastics (RG) is a form of music-movement education combined with dance education and manipulation od equipment. It cultivates students in terms movement, aesthetic, cultural and social aspects. Research results show that RG is rarely included in teaching at schools. The reason is mainly the use of the traditional form of RG teaching and the insufficient preparation of teachers for teaching exercises closely connected with music.That ́s why, in the preparation of future teachers at UK FTVS, we verified in the subject RG and Didactics of gymnastics an innovative teaching method that accentuates selected components of RG education. We focused especially on the psychological side of teaching - on the motivation to practice with music and on the development of Perceptual skills - Rhythmic feeling and sense of rhythm. If future teachers themselves experience and understand the importance and wide possibilities of the impact of RG teaching on the overal development of personality, we assume that in our future practice we use components of RG to influence movement creativity, develop specific skills, manipulateeven no-traditional tools and hand apparatuses. From movement skills, we focus on flexibility, influencing, balance, mastering movement in space, overal support of individual movement expression and socialization aspects when exercising with music.We assume that the innovative approach in the teaching of RG will positively influence the preparedness of future teachers and expand their skills, which will lead to the modernization of teaching by more frequent use of the connection of movement with music, to simulate the movement improvisation of their students and to increase the range of their movement aktivity.
