Cemiplimab v léčbě lokoregionálně metastazujícího kožního spinocelulárního karcinomu

Předložená kazuistika popisuje případ pacienta s opakovaně recidivujícím lokoregionálně metastazujícím spinocelulárním kožním karcinomem levého ušního boltce, u něhož bylo po vyčerpání možností chirurgické léčby a aktinoterapie přistoupeno k imunoterapii cemiplimabem. Po absolvování 10 dávek bylo dosaženo kompletní remise a terapie byla na přání pacienta přerušena. Tři měsíce po přerušení léčby trvá klinicky i radiologicky kompletní remise onemocnění.
The presented case report describes the case of a patient with repeatedly recurring locoregionally metastasizing squamous cell skin carcinoma of the left auricle, who was treated with cemiplimab immunotherapy after exhausting the possibilities of surgical treatment and actinotherapy. After completing 10 doses, complete remission was achieved, and therapy was discontinued at the patient's request. Complete clinical and radiological remission of the disease lasts 3 months after stopping treatment.
