Léčba aktinické keratózy u imunosuprimovaného pacienta na podkladě nejnovějších léčebných doporučení

Aktinická keratóza (AK) je neoplazie in situ, která může přecházet do invazivního spinocelulárního (skvamózního, dlaždicobuněčného) karcinomu (squamous cell carcinoma, SCC). Před léčbou bychom měli rozlišit mezi léčbou solitární AK a mezi léčbou nádorového pole. Mezi léčebné možnosti solitárních projevů patří kyretáž, laserová ablace a kryoterapie, zatímco k léčbě nádorového pole se používá 5-fluorouracil, imiquimod, diclofenac, tirbanibulin a fotodynamická léčba. Kazuistické sdělení chce upozornit na zvláštní skupinu imunosuprimovaných pacientů s projevy aktinických keratóz.
Actinic keratosis (AK) is in situ skin neoplasia with a possible transformation into invasive squamous cell carcinoma (iSCC). Before the treatment of AK, we should distinguish lesion-directed therapies and field-directed therapies. Lesion-directed treatments include curettage, laser therapy and cryotherapy, whereas field-directed treatments are 5-fluorouracil, imiquimod, diclofenac, tirbanibulin and photodynamic therapy. The case report wants to draw attention to a special group of immunosuppressed patients with manifestations of actinic keratoses.
