Alternatívnym riešením segmentárnej instability v L oblasti, ktorú už nie je možné kompenzovať svalstvom, je operačné riešenie. Okrem spondylodézy sa v súčasnosti experimentuje s protézami medzistavcových platničiek. Autori uvádzajú prvé klinické skúsenosti, z ktorých je o.i. zrejmé, že limitujúcim faktorom trvanlivosti implantátu je stav svalstva a fascií ako aj neadekvátna pohybová liečba.
The alternative solution of segmentary instability in lumbal region, when there is no chance for compensation with the help of muscles, is operation. In the present time the experiments are dealing (expects of spondylondesis) with intervertebral plate prothesis. The authors introduce the first clinic experiences showing that the limiting factor of implant durability is condition of muscles and fascias and a inadequate locomotor therapy, too.
